EU target of 10% renewable sourced fuel by 2020 deemed a mistake. Stated that habitat protection and reforestation was a better option. Not surprising since it takes 1.0 units of energy to make 1.1 units of ethanol energy. Environmental plans need to cover many areas and combine startegies to tackle a very large problem, not find a resource as a replacement for crude. Read on...
